Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after being placed.

Shipping/transit time begins once the carrier has picked up your package.

Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items for a refund (minus a 10% restocking fee) within 7 days of delivery.
General Return Policies

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Only products purchased directly from the Dab Rite BTI shop qualify for returns.

Items must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging and accessories.

Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
For Dab Rite devices, we will provide a pre-paid return label to begin the exchange process.
For non-Dab Rite products (Pop-Vacs, Nugidors), defect or warranty cases may be handled differently. See details below.
Warranty Information
Dab Rite Products
Dab Rite devices are covered under the following warranty terms:

1 year for Dab Rite OG v1.2 and PRO 2.0

6 months for batteries

Items purchased from unauthorized sellers are not covered.

Dab Rite units are tamper-evident—opening or modifying the base voids all warranty coverage.

Pop-Vacs & Nugidors
Pop-Vacs and Nugidors are third-party products sold through the Dab Rite BTI shop.
Returns
Pop-Vacs and Nugidors can be returned under our standard return policy only if unopened and unused, due to sanitary and odor-control considerations.
Warranty & Defects
Warranty coverage and defect handling for these products are managed by their respective manufacturers.
If you experience an issue with Pop-Vacs or Nugidors:

Email us at help@dabritebti.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

We will advise whether the issue qualifies for an in-house resolution or must be processed through the brand’s official warranty page.

If needed, we will direct you to the correct warranty or support contact for that brand.
This ensures you receive the proper and fastest assistance for brand-specific products.
Unauthorized Returns
Any package sent back without prior authorization or not meeting our return conditions will be refused. We are not responsible for misaddressed, refused, or non-compliant returns.
